Born in the south, being raised up north gave Casrule Oxford two different ways to look at the world. Country life was easy and laid back, but when he moved to the city things changed fast. The fast pace was a new and exciting to him. He learned about gangs and how being in a certain neighborhood could make all the difference in being safe or in danger. Learning fast and keeping your word meant everything. Knowing who your friends were was essential to your survival. Nothing has changed.
